- Presentations may be given in French or English.

Oral Presentations (On-site)
- Maximum presentation time: 10 minutes
- Slides must be clear and readable from a distance of 10 m on a 3×4 m screen
- Slides should not be overloaded with text. Prioritize images/photos/diagrams
- Results should be presented and explained clearly and concisely
- Good articulation and clear, audible speech required
- Original scientific content relevant to the main theme and subtopics of the conference

Poster Presentations (On-site)
- Minimum poster size: 100 cm × 80 cm
- Follow the template instructions regarding font and size
- Poster must be very clear and readable from 1 m distance
- Poster should not be overloaded with text. Prioritize images/photos/diagrams
- Hang your poster after registration in the dedicated area
- Present original scientific content related to the main theme and subtopics
- Keep your poster nearby during POSTER sessions
- Present and explain your research and results clearly and concisely to participants and the award committee
- Retrieve and store your poster on the last day of the conference
