Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers that align with the main themes and subtopics of the MAIA 2025 Conference. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your submission meets all requirements for review and publication.
๐ Paper Format & Template
- All submissions must be written in English.
- Use the Springer Conference Proceedings templates provided below (Word, LaTeX and PDF formats).
- Manuscripts should be between 6 and 8 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
- File format for final submission: PDF (.pdf).
- Recommended typography: Times New Roman, 10โ12 pt.
๐งพ Submission Policy
- Submit original and unpublished research not under review elsewhere.
- Submissions must comply with ethical standards and proper citation practices.
- Plagiarism or self-plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.
- All papers must be uploaded to the MAIA online submission platform.
- Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings (subject to registration and final checks).
๐ฅ Authorship & Responsibilities
- The first author is the presenting author by default and will receive the presentation certificate.
- The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the committee and for keeping co-authors informed.
- List all co-authors with affiliations and emails in the manuscript and on the submission platform.
- If the designated presenter cannot attend, notify the committee before the last day of the conference; the certificate will be issued to the actual presenter.
๐ Review & Acceptance Process
Each paper will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers from the scientific committee (or two senior members). Decisions are based on:
- Scientific originality & relevance
- Technical depth & rigor
- Clarity & structure of the manuscript
- Quality of figures, tables & references
- Practical or theoretical impact
๐ Registration Requirements
- At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference.
- Registration is required for inclusion in the program and proceedings.

โ Ethical Statement
By submitting to MAIA 2025, authors confirm that their work adheres to the highest standards of academic integrity. All data, figures, and text must be original or properly cited. Any detected misconduct may lead to rejection or withdrawal.
